1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QUILD AI Marketplace ("QUILD", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using QUILD, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

2. What QUILD is

QUILD is a discovery and introduction platform connecting AI Builders with business Buyers across the GCC and globally. QUILD helps Buyers find relevant AI products and makes the introduction to the Builder — QUILD is not a party to whatever deal, contract, or transaction Builders and Buyers may go on to make with each other, and does not process payments between them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use QUILD.

4. Builder terms

As a Builder, you’re responsible for the accuracy of the listings you publish — including product descriptions, pricing, and capabilities. You retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the products you list; listing on QUILD does not transfer any ownership to QUILD.

Some listings require identity verification (KYC) before they can go live — currently, your first three listings are free and don’t require verification; from the fourth listing onward, you’ll need to complete identity verification first. We ask for this so Buyers can trust that real, accountable builders stand behind what’s listed.

QUILD is currently free to use. As the platform grows, we may introduce fees for certain listings — we’ll always tell you the price clearly before you’re charged anything.

5. Buyer terms

As a Buyer, you can browse listings and request an introduction to a Builder whose product interests you. Any conversation, deal, or contract you enter into with a Builder after that introduction is between you and the Builder — QUILD isn’t a party to it and doesn’t guarantee the outcome.

6. No liability for deals made off-platform

Because QUILD only makes the introduction and isn’t party to the resulting deal, we’re not responsible for disputes, losses, or issues arising from any transaction, agreement, or communication between a Builder and a Buyer. We encourage both sides to do their own diligence.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: list products you don’t have the right to offer, misrepresent yourself or your product, use QUILD to scrape or resell other users’ data, attempt to bypass our verification or security systems, or use the platform for anything unlawful.

8. QUILD’s intellectual property

The QUILD name, logo, and platform itself (excluding the listings and content you provide) are owned by QUILD. You may not copy, resell, or represent the platform as your own.

9. Termination

You can stop using QUILD and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

QUILD is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings accurate and the platform running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee that any listing is error-free, that any introduction will lead to a successful outcome, or that the platform will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUILD isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as QUILD grows. We’ll update the date below when we do. Continued use of QUILD after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
