1. Who we are

QUILD ("QUILD", "we", "us", or "our") operates the QUILD AI Marketplace, a platform connecting AI builders with business buyers across the GCC and globally. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

Account information: when you sign up as a Builder or Buyer, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, and — depending on account type — your team or company name, and (for Builders) which best describes your role.

Listing information: if you list a product, we collect the product details you provide (name, description, pricing, links, tags) along with your name, email, and phone number as the listing contact.

Concierge conversations: messages you send to our AI concierge are processed to match you with relevant listings, and may be logged along with any contact email you provide if you ask us to follow up on an unmet need.

Usage data: we automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to keep the platform secure and functioning correctly.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage your account, and to authenticate you when you log in.

To publish and display the listings you submit as a Builder.

To power the AI concierge’s matching of Buyers to relevant listings.

To communicate with you about your account, a listing, or a request you’ve made.

To protect the platform from bots and abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile for this, which may process limited technical data about your device and browser).

To improve QUILD’s features and fix problems.

4. Who we share data with

QUILD does not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the platform, including our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our hosting providers (Vercel and Railway), our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare), and the AI model provider that powers the concierge (Anthropic). Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Buyers and Builders never see each other’s private contact details directly through the platform — QUILD mediates the connection.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we’re required to retain it for legal or security reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). If you’re located somewhere with specific data protection laws (such as the GDPR in the EU, or Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law), you may have additional rights under those laws, and we will honor them.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you logged in and to protect the platform from bots (via Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children’s privacy

QUILD is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
